The scarce resource
Capital
Institutional capital is the scarce resource of MONOLITH AXIS. Access is invite-only in principle, never automatic, and never sold as a guaranteed meeting with a named investor.
Qualified institutional capital
Capital participates as a counterpart to qualified projects, not as an audience. The category is institutional. Retail distribution and open fundraising are outside the design.

- 03Infrastructure funds
- 04Private equity
- 05Private credit
- 06Insurers
- 07Asset managers
- 08Institutional real-assets investors
- 09Investment banks, where appropriate
Invite-only, not auto-qualified
Qualified institutional capital participates primarily by invitation and may generally receive complimentary access. Invitation is a method of approach. It is not a classification.
No organisation is automatically treated as qualified capital. A well-known name does not substitute for mandate, authority and fit.
What qualification considers
Capital qualification is a review of the organisation and of the people authorised to represent it. The review is human.

- 02Mandate
- 03Role and seniority

The investor controls the meeting
The investor always controls whether a meeting is accepted. MONOLITH AXIS does not sell guaranteed meetings with named investors. There is no pay-to-meet product.
Projects may pay for membership, qualification, participation, a Vault, preparation, platform infrastructure and concierge. They cannot buy investor acceptance.
