Membership Terms

These Membership Terms are a public placeholder for the contractual layer that will govern qualified participation. They do not themselves constitute an offer of a named membership product at a named price.

Qualification and membership are related and distinct. Passing the $100M+ Standard, or being invited as capital, does not by itself create a paid or unpaid membership product. Product assignment, if any, follows a separate commercial step.

Membership, where conferred, purchases access to defined operating functions. It does not purchase investor acceptance, a guaranteed meeting, an endorsement, or confidential information about other members.

Internal working concepts may include capital access, government or ministerial access, verified project membership, institutional membership, Summit delegate products, Vault products and partner products. They remain unpublished by default.
