MONOLITH AXIS VERIFIED — $100M+
The $100M+ Standard
$100M+
A project must have a verifiable total project value of at least USD 100,000,000. Qualification under that rule is an entry decision. It is not transaction readiness, investment advice, or a financing guarantee.
The $100M+ rule
A project must have a verifiable total project value of at least USD 100,000,000. The threshold is a gate. It is not a quality ranking and not a statement about return.
Value must be capable of evidential review. A figure without methodology and source does not satisfy the Standard.
Accepted methodologies
Accepted value concepts depend on project type. Property market value is not used as a universal infrastructure definition.

Original currency is preserved
The original amount and original currency are stored. USD equivalent, FX rate, rate date and source are recorded separately. They never overwrite the original figures.
A project denominated in another currency is not restated as a USD project in its evidential record.
Qualification is not transaction readiness
Qualification asks whether the project satisfies entry requirements. Transaction readiness asks how prepared the project is for serious institutional engagement.
The two decisions are distinct. A multi-billion-dollar concept can be less transaction-ready than a smaller permitted and structured project that has already crossed the $100M+ threshold.
MONOLITH AXIS VERIFIED — $100M+
Approved projects may receive the designation MONOLITH AXIS VERIFIED — $100M+. The mark means the project has passed MONOLITH AXIS qualification requirements.
It is never an investment recommendation, proof of profitability, proof of low risk, or a guarantee of financing.
