Version 1.0
Integrity Standard
The MONOLITH AXIS Integrity Standard sets the conduct expected of organisations and people in the network. It is a living policy, versioned, and recorded against users and organisations where appropriate.
Purpose
The Integrity Standard exists so that qualification, matching and introduction can take place without purchased outcomes, undisclosed interests or careless disclosure. It applies to members, applicants, partners, Council participants and staff in their MONOLITH AXIS capacity.
Version 1.0
The following items constitute Integrity Standard Version 1.0. Policy versions are recorded. Acceptance is stored against users and organisations where appropriate.
- 01Accurate representations. Information supplied to MONOLITH AXIS and to counterparties must be accurate to the knowledge of the person supplying it.
- 02No guaranteed investment. MONOLITH AXIS does not guarantee that any project will receive capital.
- 03No guaranteed investor meetings. MONOLITH AXIS does not sell or promise meetings with named investors.
- 04No undisclosed commissions. Fees, commissions and related-party interests that bear on a process must not be concealed.
- 05Conflicts must be disclosed. Actual and reasonably apparent conflicts are to be declared.
- 06Anti-bribery principles apply. Improper payments, inducements and corrupt advantages are prohibited.
- 07Sanctions compliance is mandatory. Participation is incompatible with applicable sanctions breaches.
- 08Confidentiality is required. Information received through MONOLITH AXIS is used only for the authorised purpose.
- 09Professional behaviour is expected. Conduct toward counterparties, staff and hosts is to remain professional.
- 10Hospitality must be responsible. Hospitality is not a channel for improper influence.
- 11Sponsors do not own qualification decisions. Commercial support does not purchase admission, matching or investor acceptance.
- 12Breach may result in suspension or removal. MONOLITH AXIS may suspend or remove an organisation or person from the network.
Acceptance and record
Where the Standard is presented for acceptance, the accepted version is stored. A later version does not silently rewrite a prior acceptance; material changes are versioned.
Relationship to other terms
The Integrity Standard sits alongside Terms, Membership Terms and Summit Terms. It does not replace them. It is not a substitute for applicable law.
